The Gardener's Daughter
I began this painting the day after a fire in a Hampton gallery on New Year’s claimed ten of my paintings.  I escaped into a confectionary-colored world where I honor my lost paintings and imagined that the effort, passion, diligence, inventiveness and would bring good fortune to my future work.
